Help lost wallpaper crop orientation

what i did;
i used perfect viewer to set my wallpaper, i chose the "use current screen" picture option.
now my cropping tool in ANY wallpaper selection application is flipped. in other words, the cropping tool is in portrait not landscape mode. it will not revert, nor can i find an option to change it. because of this, i have lost the ability to have scrolling wallpapers. i tried resetting my phone, and it is still defaulted to portrait cropping. please, a little assistance is needed. thank you

i got it. if you go into preferences (perfect viewer) and go into misc settings. select wallpaper management. deselect to restore the landscape cropping tool. sorry if this was common knowledge, but it was frustrating enough to me to post it before i figured it out. Z
