Help Lost WiFi/Bluetooth/GPS/Etc. Toggle bar

Hi all. My first post. I love my Nexus S. Been having trouble with Bluetooth lately so...turned it off, took out battery, laid it out to rest for a bit, put it all back together, fired it up - now my top bar (don't know what you call it) is gone! It's the bar that lets you toggle on/off Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, select brightness, etc. It's gone and I can't get it back. Is it a widget, an app? I liked that bar! How do I get it back? Flashy you rock. That was it. You know how long I messed with it last night trying to find that? "Power Control" isn't really a good name for that bar...
