Help Lots of Hardware (or User Possibly) Issues with Inspire! HELP!!!

Okay, so this is quite this list of things but I just found out about these forums and am hoping someone has insite on one or all of my issues! I'll # them to make it a little easier.

1. Phone has been freezing and crashing to the point of having to take out the battery to reboot it.

2. When I plug in the charger it sometimes doesn't recognize that the cord is plugged in. I have to plug & unplug several times before it realizes "oh hey, I'm suppose to be charging".

3. Sometimes it decides it doesn't want to register that the memory card is installed. The gallery, games, etc will not show up as if I had taken the card out. I have verified it is installed correctly and the card is fine in my computer and other cell phone. Other times it brings up everything just great.

4. Whenever I try to do updates under Settings>AT&T Software Updates>Check for Updates it always comes back saying "Error, Server Unavailable"

5. Also when I am trying to do updates it does not show the HTC Wi-Fi update option. I know someone said once that the option goes away once Gingerbread is downloaded but I don't ever remember it pushing through for me to download. It says my Android Version is 2.3.3 which I am aware is Gingerbread. I am guessing I did it at some point :::shrugs:::

6. Can not connect to HTC Hub, HTC Likes, HTC Sense, Etc. It just won't do it. I have a HTC Sense account. Whenever I try to get anything from HTC Hub it says "Unable to connect to the HTC Sense Server, Please try again later" This has been happening since I've had the phone but never bothered getting it checked in to before now.

I know this is long and it seems like n00b questions but I really need some help on this. I have tried googling it and either found things that didn't help me or didn't find any information at all.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Well, I believe #4 is normal.

What's the back story on your phone? Is it new from AT&T? Have you been having these problems since day 1, or is it recent?

Are you setup on Wifi? If not, are you sure you are getting 3G data? [this is for the #6 issues]

The phone was brand new from AT&T purchased at the end of August. None of these issues were present except for #4. The rest of these issues have all been within like the last couple of months.

I am set up on Wi-Fi and my 3G/4G is working. I have tried updating on both with no luck.

I would probably takevit back to the store and see what they say. Especially if you can reproduce the problems. I bought mine used and it hasn't had any problems like yours.

The freezing could be an app. You could try resetting it back to factory and see what that gets you.
