Help Lots of problems!

I have had my Galaxy S2 now for about a month and this is the only time I've encountered any issues.
There are a few issues:
1) It continuously says initializing MTP then says it is charging even though there is no cable plugged in.
2) Driving mode keeps saying its enabled and opening up voice talk.
3) Won't actually shut down while charging, just restarts (might be how it's designed)

I really hope you can help.

Sounds like a dogy USB port. Take a close look first to make sure it's clean in there, no dust shorting out some contacts. I have read other posts like this and some have had success cleaning out the usb port with air. Otherwise I'd return it to the place where you got it if possible?

Yeah thats probably going to be the best thing, i had an issue yesterday where the phone wouldn't charge at all so it's probably a USB issue.
