Help Lotus Launcher Issues

I installed it on HTC Inspire 4G and when I launch it, I get the following message
"First Launch

You should go to preference through the menu to setup your parameters"

But I don't seem to find a way to go to preference. Any help please?

I have managed to get it working however when I open this application, it tries to do something for 2 minutes and then I get an error:-
http status code:404
Reason - Unable to process request, resource not found.

Any idea how can I fix it?

I faced the same problem today and after a while figured out that 'pressing & holding' the menu button, the menu appears.
There's 3 buttons I have on my Note 4 ['menu' on the left side, 'home' on the center & 'back' on the right side]
