well here is my .02 about the battery issue. got phone on sat. played with quite a bit. its new you know. charged over night. got a good 11hrs use out of it. monday average use, got about 6-7hrs. today 4hrs and its DEAD!!! what did i do different? with all the talk about it not getting 3g service when 4g is not available aka no data at all in certain areas. i did a hard reset(factory) last night and it got me my 3g service back with the option of changing the phone info from cdma+LTE... to CDMA auto (prl) ran it on 3g all last night plugged in. this morning unplugged at 7am, i switched back to 4GLTE and did the manually fix by dialing ##778# and hitting send in your dialer. The password is 000000. This will take you to your programming screen. Go to modem settings and then Rev A, change it to enabled and then hit the menu button on your phone and commit the changes. after i did that i could watch my battery die in front of my eyes.i went from 10% to 5% in a matter of a 2 min and then 2 min later my phone was dead.
theory on this on why some are getting "good battery and some are not.
could it be cause not only does it have to search 4G signal it is also searching for 3G also? with the ones that are getting good battery is the phone is not set properly and not searching for that 3g? i love the phone and wont return it but 4hrs use? in a way i am so used to carrying a charger with me at all times with having a DINC prior
