Love phone except one huge issue

I have been using the DInc for the last year. The biggest flaw in the DInc was lack HTML email support. Motorola has been supporting it since Droid 1. So a year later, I had expect HTC to make improvements, especially to the business market.

I can't believe that HTC STILL doesn't support HTML email. Which in turn, means I have to rely on a 3rd party app such as Touchdown. Which means I will then have multiple copies of contacts unless you forgo "People" from HTC. Why is it SO GD DIFFICULT for HTC to support HTML emails.. this is entry level shit and it frustrating.

I run squirrelmail and I don't want html email.

Most companies that send out blasts aren't configured for txt only.

I hate html emails, outlook at work blocks it all, which is good by me.

what mail provdier do you use? I get HTML email fine with Yahoo thru my TB (i know my gf had a problem with HTML emails with her dInc, but that was because she had hotmail, and a pet stegosaurus... oldddd tech)

html email works fine on my pop email account. my work exchange account doesn't support html email to mobile devices.

I have HTML email through my Exchange account on my Incredible. I'm sure the TB supports it if the Inc does.

Absolutely 100% increidible nor TB support HTML from exchange. You would have the only working 1 on the planet. I run the exchange servers for work and we have over 50 droids. The only ones that support html is motorola. Yes there is a setting for html button is greyed out. I have now checked with 3 others thunderbolts in all have the same issue. Every single motorola product we have run html. It is not an exchange issue it is an htc issue. People have been complaining since incredible I just hope they would have fixed it by now.

That doesnt mean anything other than an obscure reference they intended to support it. I have 4 thunderbolt and 7 incredibles that say otherwise. None of my friends at other companies have been able to get it to work either. I will beleave real world experience over some obscure reference.
