Help Loving sense 3.0. hating battery performance!!!

I love the New 3d interface and worked menus, but the battery is now a complete joke!!!! Even with sync turned off. Never mind. Still love the DHS . Will need either a spare battery or charge twice a day:)

Im running ANDROID REV.. and i no thus ist the right bit,, but thats sense 3.0 and im charging my battery everynight..... but i do facebook,twitter, ebay, and play the odd game every day, with wireless turned on. if im casual and run 3g network, in day and wireless at home i can get 17 hrs, thats with turning it off at night...

Really bad! I've gone from 1.5 - 2 days before the upgrade to 8-10 hours with light usage ! Can't understand how this upgrade got pass quality control testing on the battery. The benefits aren't worth the loss in battery performance.
 
Mine too. The last 50% of the battery seems to drain within an hour or so even with minimal usage. I know have charge at least twice a day.
 
After a full charge at 8am, down to 50% by about 12:30 with WiFi off, using 3g. I used to be able to get a full day use before the update. Clearly sense 3.0 is a battery eater. moderate use, ie 40mins of music through headphones, facebook and a bit of internet browsing.
 
I have been hammering my phone more since the update and found a lot of setting where set to default, the battery has stood up well considering it is not brilliant to start with, I have mine on charge every night anyway and I cant see a major drain sine the update all things considered.
 
When the GB update rolled out, there were a few apps which caused issues with battery performance, Green Power was one of them. I wonder if there's a similar thing going on here?

I've got Green Power premium installed but my battery life is still way way worse than before the Sense 3.0 update. I'd uninstall Sense 3.0 if I could. It doesn't appear to give any new worthwile feature that's worth having at a cost of the battery life being so poor now.
 
My battery discharged by nearly 50% overnight the other night and the only use was wifi running in background and autosynch for facebook and gmail.

I've since uninstalled Viber and although still not great there has been a marked improvement.
