What? Really? I called last week and they told me Free airave program was discontinued... I get 0 bars at my house, force roam. When did u call?

I just called on Tuesday and I did threaten to cancel. They sent me to someone else, (I believe it was retentions) and I didn't even mention the AiRave. Just told them I get bad signal at my house and that it wasn't worth keeping Sprint if I couldn't get a signal at my house. She offered it free of charge with no extra monthly charges. It is currently back-ordered though, and I don't think they've sent it out yet...
