Hey guys, so i'm having a kind of annoying problem with my original samsung earphones that came with the phone itself. I bought the phone this summer and used the earphones only a few times so i got no clue what could be the issue. Last time i was mowing the lawn the volume was great and everything until i went to rest for like five minutes and left my phone on the table but i'm sure that literally nothing happend in the meantime. When i got back the sound was like 3x lower than usual and it's still like it till now as everything happened a few weeks ago, the maximum sound (15) is something like it was on 5 before. I tried downloading several boosters and goinf through the settings but nothing seems to help. What could be the problem? I also checked that sound comes from both of the earphones. Thank you.
