Help Low memory (NOT storage) issues

Hi,

My wife's S II (4g) is constantly running low on system memory (as low as 13 %). It gets to the point that the phone can freeze for a time and sometimes had to be turned off and on .. but given time it comes back.

I have performed a factory reset from the menu and it helped for a while, but alas - the problem has returned after a short time.

Any assistance would be appreciated :)

Could I ask which model number your phone is?

Settings > About phone > Model number
