Hi, I'm Victor, and I will be glad to assist you today. I do apologize that you have this issue with your device. You can try by clearing the cache out of your browser by the following in the Browser press Menu > More > Settings > Clear cache, Clear history, Clear all cookie data, and Clear form data. You may also want to delete some of the messages you have saved on the device as well. If this does not resolve the issue then you may want to soft reset your device by pulling the battery out for a few seconds and then rebooting your device. If none of this resolves the issue then you will need to hard reset your device to resolve the issue. Hard resetting your device will clear off your device and reset it back to factory settings. You can hard reset your device the following way. 1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. 2. Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button. 3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER. 4. When asked to confirm, press VOLUME UP. At this time we have no other fix to help resolve this issue besides hard resetting the device. At this time we have no information on when an update will be released to help resolve this issue. When an update is released you will get a notification on your device that an update is available for your device. If you have any other questions feel free to reply.
