Help Low power settings

Is there any way to disable the low power settings?

The one's I'm concerned with are:
video playback
automatic screen dimming
disabled camera functionality

I dont know if this is what you're looking for but if you go to Settings->Sound and Display and scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a check box for "power saver mode"

About the dimming there is an option to change that in that menu also under brightness and screen timeout

If the previous solution didnt work, try using market apps. Vignette for camera is a good choice, and there are several video players.
