Help Low Video and recorder sound

I`m Having a problem of very low video and recorder sound, other than that the microphone works perfectly in phone calls and I`m heard loud and clear.
Please help. Thank U.

Is the recorder and video sound low when you hold the phone the way you hold it when you're on a call?

A mic that picks up great at 2" may not pick up at all at 5 feet.

Video and recorder sound is low at all times. When I speak on the phone from distance I`m heard very well, and I hear loud and clear, so I guess it may be a software issue otherwise the mic and speaker would work poorly at all times. Tried Huawei support and they even didn`t bother to reply....
