Help Lower Touch Buttons doesn't work.. HELP PLEASE

I need help. The two lower touch buttons of my Samsung Galaxy SL doesn't work. Only the track pad in the lower middle works fine. Anyone encountered the same problem? Please help.

I already tried to restore factory settings, but that didn't fix the problem.

I hope someone here could help me! Thank you.

Hi, I think you should take back to your phone provider and claims for warranty.
else try upgrade your android to gingerbread~
