Help LTE antenna stuck

Anyone else having problems with your LTE antenna getting stuck? Once or twice a day my antenna gets stuck and won't receive or send any data until I do a reset. This is getting really annoying, help please
 
It would be very helpful if you would update your profile to indicate what carrier you're using; we assume the device is a Note 3 but the capabilities vary among the different carriers.
 
Never had that happen but I have been in areas where t-mobile isn't sending out a LTE or any data signal. Once I get back in a coverage area everything works fine. Have you cleared your caches recently? You'd be surprised how much stuff your holding on to that you don't need and may affect the performance of your phone. Try Clean Master Cleaner a free app in the Play Store that automates the whole process. Just delete the Junk files as they call them, the rest of that stuff Clean Master does is not very useful as far as I can tell.
