LTE Signal

Wanted to get some input from a few others. Is it normal to only have 1 or 2 bars of LTE on the Bionic?I don't think I've ever had anymore than that. I've already had the Bionic replaced once because I couldn't get an LTE Signal and it was draining my battery in a couple hours. This one isn't that bad, but it's still a bit annoying.

I read somewhere that when 4g is in use, the signal bars not only show signal strength, but also signal quality. It displays the lowest of the two.

on 3G, the bars only show signal strength but not quality.

On my bionic, I normally only show 2 bars or less. often 1 or 0 bars but still get decent speeds. Occasionally I get 3 or 4 bars but get same speed test throughput as 0, 1, or 2 bars.
