My son got a LuvPad tablet in tokyo and has forgotten his password. I can't find any user manuals or advice relevant to this tablet and the website of the company that makes it (Mouse Computer) is in Japanese! Can anyone advise? There's no volume button on the device nor can I find a reset hole so the most I've been able to do is get it into Safe Mode by holding down the power button with one other button for about a minute - but it still requires a password. Help!!
