Help MacBook User needs help with 2.2

My OTA froze at about 56% and then went away. Now when I check for new updates it says 'no new update available'. I've seen the posts about pushing it manually but they are all for PC. Any direction I could get for the same instructions using my MacBook would be greatly appreciated.

Use Heimdall... Be careful and read read read before you flash anything. Also were you rooted or running a stock rom?

You may have to go all the way back to stock and do it that way. Just do some research.

Check out this thread it should link you to the files that you would need. Granted heimdall is a little different than ODIN. But you can mostly use the same files.
