Root Maderstock and ota ?

I just bought another rooted x from a friend it was so f**ked up I ran the maderstock zip it seems fine now my ? is if there is a ota and I have not rerooted will it take or will it fail and turn into a brick. All my computers I/E both, have been trashed since the latest windows update both have to go to the comp shop. So I cant sbf.

if there is an ota it will delete the root, i do not think it will brick your phone, not 100% sure, but i wouldnt worry about the gb ota just yet, its still a ways away and there is no rom for it yet

if you ran the maderstock.zip you should be back at a completely stock set up without root. you would have had to re-root the device if you wanted to.

if an ota comes out it should update just like any other stock device
