Help Magic Jack not working

Hi all
I can't use magic jack app with note 2.The site says I have no carrier for the app. In my device settings the mobile data is not highlighted and my phone number is unknown. I am from Trinidad and Tobago. How can I find the settings to turn on mobiledata and or change settings to have the info on that nmenu highlighted?

Do you have paid service on your device ?? Is airplane mode on ?? Is data turned on if you have a paid service ??

It is a pay-as-you-go service. Airplane isn't on. Mobile data usage is. I can toggle the data on if I'm on the road but usually use Wi-Fi.

You may need a new sim card man.

Or

I had this happen with my aio card untill I called them and changed my number.
