Help Mail apps disappeared

I just got the phone a week ago. After I set everything up, I find that the Apps2SD is not stable. And sometimes it does not save apps on SD. The mail apps that came with the phone disappeared. I restored factory setting and re-set up again. Once again, the mail apps that comes with the phone disappeared. I don't find it anywhere to be downloaded. I need that for my hotmail account. Anyone can help?

Did you at one point try to move this mail app to the SD?
