Alright. This is pretty stupid, but it's annoying me. In 2.1, the SMS Notification icon (an envelope) was white, like an envelope should be. Now, in 2.2, the icon is yellow. Like I said, stupid, but it's enough to drive me nuts. Is there anywhere to specify a color for the icon? I tried to dig around, but found nothing!
 
I agree this is about the stupidest thing you could change. I mean who the hell would you change this? Who in there right mind thought this was better? Seriously... i really want to know...

and how do we change it back!
 
i dont think there is anyway to do it to the stock sms app, but you can install another sms app. i use go sms, so i can get popups and dont have to unlock my phone to read a text, it also has several colors and styles to choose from for the notifications
