Help mail signature / hyperlink problem

[emreates35]

Hi All;

I am a beginner Android phone user, used to use a BB 8820. My question is; i set a signature for my e-mail account through the settings menu just fine, but the problem is when i write down my e-mail address and the website; i can not manage to give any hyperlink to these... in order to make it clearer; the font colour remains black and the receiver can not go to the link; i would love to have them in blue colour and the receiver to be able to click and go to the links right away.

Thank you so much in advance.

Hi! I just tested this using my gmail account to send myself something to my old aol account (my oldest, nearest, and dearest friends still have that email addy so I keep it). You may not see it when you send, but the recipient will see the link to the signature email, be able to click on it, and send an email to that address. I just sent myself an email with my gmail account and signature and responded to myself from my AOL account using that link. Hope that helps And no, I am not insane, I only talk to myself when trying to help someone out on these forums!!

Hi Carrie,

Thank you for your response. I do not use my gmail account on my phone, i do use my hotmail and pop3 mail accounts. I tested on both after your response. It ıs still with the same result ( no hyperlink through addy and web site ), it is not the end of the world but still i would love to have my signature read properly. I will be thankful for any further assistance.
