Ok where am I going wrong?
I've got peak times set between 08:00hrs to 23:00 hrs with a download frequency of every hour.
Out side of that it's set to manual.
So why did I wake up to find 2 notifications that came though at 02:30hrs this morning??? Have a missed a setting somewhere other than in the mail app itselfs that also needs adjusting?
