Help Main camera settings reset when you switch to front facing cam?

I set the main camera to 5 Megapixels and then switch to the front facing camera to take a video. Then I switch back to the main camera and the settings reset? Is this normal? Or do I need to return the phone for a replacement? The is the only issue I can't explain on the Triumph. Is it a bug or normal behavior? Thanks.
