Help Main screen--time, date, weather disappeared

For some reason the time, date, weather, and next appointment info disappeared from my main screen. Where did it go?...and how do I get it back?

I assume that you are talking about the Circles widget? Long-press on your Home screen. You should see icons for: Wallpapers, Widgets, and Settings. Press the Widgets icon and scroll through the choices until you see the Circles widget. Long press on it to get it back onto your Home screen.

kmf, Thank you. So easy. I don't know how long it would have taken me to find the "Command Center" icon. All is well now. You are a genuine time saver.
