When I put my phone on the car dock this morning, it froze and then rebooted on its own. Ever since then, it has been getting stuck on the dock screen (if it is in the dock) or the screen will not turn on at all. I have tried clearing the system cache in case it was an app causing the problem, but that didn't work.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do short of a factory wipe? I live in Alaska and can't activate a phone, unless someone knows how to manually activate.
