Help major keyboard lag??

my keyboard suffers from lag and i always screw up typing waiting for it. i recently rooted and am running the APEX 1.3 ROM and still having same issues as stock, anyone help?

thats really weird....i didn't have any keyboard lag stock, let alone with Apex installed...which keyboard are you using? Do you get lag with all of them?

Do you have haptic feedback enabled? I find it slows down the keyboard touch response . I'm also running Apex 1.3.1 with the improved gingerbread keyboard.

Yep, that's the question.

If you're typing a Gmail, it's a problem.

If you're posting in response to a thread on a heavy webpage, you may not be able to fix it.
