Help Major lag problems

I've been having major lag problems with my phone that has been getting progressively worse over the past month or so. It's most noticeable when I play mp3s which now pause and skip so much as to almost being un-listenable, but it is also effecting scrolling in the web browser and other aps, pulling up the unlock screen and switching between home screens. It's getting really bad. Any suggestions?

Hi, your not alone I have the same problems. At one point i could not even get the camcorder to work right. I have already had my phone completely wiped and its still lagging. I'm wondering if I am going to have to invoke my insurance and get a new one. I can not find and answer yet and i'v tried a couple of different forums and called sprint. any way good luck
