Help make SD card default location?

How do I make the SD card the default location for saving things like video and photos? It's a lot bigger than the phone's own storage, but it seems like the only way to put anything there is to move it manually.

Open the camera program. Click the tab on the left side of the screen. Then click the lower icon (two gears), this opens the settings menu. then click on storage and set it to Storage card.
