Help Make the "Market Automatic Updating" STOP PLEASE

OK...this is driving me bats...I don't use these or want these. I go to the market and un-check the following apps Citrix Receiver, Books, Video Surf, & Vcast Tones to NOT allow automatic updating. The next day I get the notification that these apps have been updated. When I check in the market they are all checked again. It just does this on its own. The market build is 3.1.5

Is there anyway to stop this ???

you could root and freeze them so they are not running at all on the phone.

Verizon is the one who requires most of the bloatware to be there(Citrix, Blockbuster, VZ everything). "Bloatware" that Motorola puts on there is stuff like Motoprint and Xumocast which a lot of people find useful.

I hate this automatic crap. But what I don't get I had unchecked all the boxes for self-update and still last night they updated.

Try unchecking them one by one, verifying each one is unchecked, and then rebooting the phone right then and then finally checking them again.
