Root Make the Navigation Bar taller?

In CM10/AOKP Jellybean/PA 2.99, is there any way to make the Nav Bar taller? (The navbar being the on screen navigation buttons found on the GNex/Nexus 4)

It looks weird in certain areas, such as the messaging field with the keyboard up-

Also, the Width/Height ratio for this phone is actually the same as the Galaxy Nexus, so it'd make more sense to make the Navbar taller for maximum compatibility.

I do I just like the idea of the onscreen buttons and I actually keep the other buttons disabled. Anyway, does anyone know how?

Yeah that might not be too bad with them disabled with leds off, and sorry I don't
