Root Make your own themes

Can some on make me a ROM With Gingerbread Icons and Taskbar icons and WHite Taskbar make it look legit like a Gingerbread theme cause ill be using Launcher V2 with my rooted Optimus M.. OH and if i could get the Nexus One Bootscreen? thanks in advance who can make that for me :)
 
I'm using Joneidys Sense rom.

How do I find the SystemUI.apk and com.htc.resources.apk ?

I found framework-res.apk , but not the other two. I checked the phone and looked inside the .zip and still couldn't find it.
 
I'm on a Lg esteem with gingersteem extreme rom overclovk at 1900... amaizing, im trying to change the power button, quick settings, notification bar icons and is not working everything else yes..... PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE HELPPPP ME ....

Joniedys Rom isn't a sense Rom. It's themedto look like sense. But its just the stock themed rom. So there isn't systemUI(gingerbread) or com.HTC.resources.(sense roms)
 
I keep getting a syntax error. I am using kelso's rom. Just trying to change font and lock screen icons to the droids and when I go to flash it aborts and gives a syntax error. Any suggestions?
