Its a live wallpaper that takes the image feed from the camera and places it in realtime as your homescreen wallpaper.

seems to work really well, there arent any settings though, but you can double tap an empty spot on your homescreen to take a photo.

probably eats the battery, but havent tried it for long enough to tell yet.
 
Cool - Just downloaded this and had a play - its a good LOL. Turned off now, god knows how quickly it will munch the battery! :p
 
LOL, reminds me of a conversation I once had with an engineer about electricity generating wind-farms.

The argument against these developments is often that they're an eyesore; he proposed to mount a camera on the back of the turbine feeding a projector in front of the turbine projecting the view, and thus making the turbine invisible. Genius :D
 
the US military DARPA are developing camoflage based on the idea, imagine invisible tanks covered in flexible oled screens that show whats behind the tank on the front of it in real time.

anyway, the app is fun.
 
They used to paint recon planes a pale pink in the war to make them hard to spot from the ground - apparantly blue stood out! This must be true, Stephen Fry told me so! (via QI!) ;)
 
Yup, pink is harder to see where as blue, unless it matches the sky colour at that specific time isnt good.

Like the wallpaper, but surely a better hog?
 
One of the coolest things I have ever seen

actually it shouldnt be too bad on the battery, as everytime you unlock the phone or go back to the home screen(s) there is a slight pause as the camera fires up
It looks like it shuts down when you navigate away

Just how long do you spend on the home screen(s), as opposed in an app

So how buch battery power do you think it takes to start up, shut down, start up, shut down, shut down, start up, shut down, start up, shut down, start up, shut down, start up, shut down, start up, shut down, start up every time you unlock, or change to menus or apps?
