Making and Receiving Calls While Driving/Voice Mode

Is there a way or app that allows calls to be answered by voice? For example when I'm driving I don't want to touch the phone to answer, I'd rather just say "answer" and it answers with the speakerphone on. Don't understand why there's a voice dialer and no voice answer? Also I'd rather not have to touch the phone to press a button to activate voice to make calls when driving, I'd rather just say "voice call" or something.
