Help making wierd noise

twice in the last few days, my charge has made this annoying alarm type sound. It's kinda like a ringing, or a soft fire alarm noise and is repetitive. It isn't any of my ringtones, and it has happened both times after getting a text (from different people) I only let it go about a minute and then restart the phone. Any thoughts?

Have you had any issues with the sim card mounting? I had a issue with it once where it made the start up mounting noise for like 5 min continuously.

It has something to do with getting a message when the phone was off. When I turn mine back on it will make this alarm sound if any kind of text or phone message came in while off.
