Help Manage apps widget...

i ran a search for this and came up empty, so if its been covered, my apologies...

so we all got some new HTC update last week, right?
i want to be able to add a shortcut to manage my apps rather than going in thru the setings, etc...

i had a widget for it on my homescreen, but then had to do a factory reset. now (since the update i think), "manage apps" is not available anymore in the widget---->settings...

is there another way to do this? i cant seem to figure it out. cant do a widget, or a shortcut...argh.

help please.

Is this not available with 3.70 now? Seems odd they'd remove the ability to do this. I haven't tried it yet, so you'll have to verify. Do the following:

Long press on screen->Shortcuts->Settings->Manage Applications
