managing apps

Is there an app that you can download which allows u to sort apps into groups like games etc but manages them in the main app window rather than on a separate widget window? Hope that makes some sense haha

Not in the app drawer. Unless you change the entire launcher but don't know if any of them support that either

Not quite sure if I understand what you want, but have you looked at Folder Organizer?

Go Launcher will allow you to create folders within the App Drawer to manage your apps.

Folder organiser is great, but won't allow you to do anything with the App Drawer to the best of my knowledge.
