Managing Sync Settings

I can't seem to find the sync settings ANYWHERE! I want to turn off automatic syncing for certain apps. Like Google music for example which kills the battery via Mediaserver. Things like Facebook and Gmail shouldn't be on auto sync either. Can someone guide me?
 
As well as the main settings>accounts> sync each app has individual settings for syncing etc. Open each app tap the menu button then settings and check/uncheck auto sync or sync frequency.
 
For any others that might be asking the same thing:

Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Google, then click on the name under "Accounts" at the top (think it will be your email address, it is for me).
You can then scroll through all the Google services and switch off sync as necessary.
