Root Manipulate a 2nd LED?

I've seen some DHDs with customer roms utilisising a second LED onthe right side of the spreaker grill. Is there a way to use this for notifications in ARHD?

If you mean the one beside the speaker grill, that's not an LED, that's a light sensor that turns off the screen when you're talking on the phone. AFAIK there's no LED under the grill on the right.

No. It's in the speaker grill.
