I'm new to the Nexus S and smartphones in general and I manually select my WIND (Canada) network to prevent roaming or network switching in bad areas. The problem is, every time I turn the phone off, I have to re-register the network manually. The phone, gingerbread or "0ther" is not smart enough to re-register on the previously selected network.
Is there a solution to this? (other than not turning the phone off or selecting auto selection).
