Root Manually wiping cache/dalvik. How?

Where are the folders located so i can manually delete them without having to boot into cwm?

Or can it be done?

Just do it in cwr. If you do it manually with say root explorer after you delete it all things will start force closing. And even tho you wipe it in cwr as soon as your phone reboots it rebuilds all the dalvik
