Mario Live Wallpaper

I got this just for the fun of it, its not something i'll use everyday but on that day when i want mario jumping around on my screen, I CAN NOW HAVE IT :P

Another 4 hours (8.5 in all) and the Mario Live Wallpaper has dropped to now only showing 2% of my battery usage (tied with my browser usage).

nice, I promised myself a full day with static walls today.....I gotta admit, I can't wait till this day is over. How did I live with those drab walls all these years?

I don't really quantify 2% of my battery life as shitload, but it does take a little. The bigger problem is that some of these live wallpapers are just too damnj distracting. I used this for about a day before switching it out again. I do regularly use live wallpapers, and they rarely show up more than 2%. Remember they are only showing while you are staring at the home page.

i've had this wallpaper for over a day now, and it's never shown up in my battery usage. weird...

Installed it last night, checked it out for a bit, and when I woke up this morning my phone was off. Sucked me dry! Awesome wallpaper though.

Pretty cool app but it made my phone hot as hell so I removed it. Anyone else notice that your phone battery got hot after installing the Mario app?

Nope, had it running for two days now & haven't had a temperature issue . . . the only issues I've had are a little lag (wallpaper not phone) every once in a while & 1 FC
. . . Oh yeah, I found Mario stuck in a hole running at a wall this morning, lol

One more thing worth mentioning . . .
Today, like 150 cav my "Battery use" does not display the Mario Live wallpaper as a consumer of power.

I like showing this to people, but when I try putting back my static wallpaper, it doesn't come back. It just shows the default Incredible wallpaper until I turn off my phone and turn it back on. Once the phone comes back on I can see my wallpaper again.

Does he ever die? I was watching for a while yesterday never died.

I've been running this for a couple of days with no issues, and no noticeable impact on battery life. I'm loving it so far. The ability to adjust frame rate and level "difficulty" is a nice touch. Kudos to the dev.

It's a shame that the animation still isn't 100% smooth even with the framerate at it's highest setting. Would also be nice to have a smoothed edges filter as an option too, just like 2xSai on snes emulators. The pixelated edges look a bit poor compared to the widgets and icons and stuff in front of it.
