Market app strange behaviour

I have a HTC phone and an other made tablet both running on Froyo, I try to install same set of apps on the tablet but I couldn't find some in the market, it seems the 2 device see different things. The other problem is I removed an app from the tablet, I try to reinstall it later but it is no where to be found, and some times the tablet only see few installed apps, the rest did not show up until at later time, I am using the same Google a/c btw and both device are online at the same time, because I am using phone tethering for the tablet, could this be the problem ?

Correct, different devices will get different apps from the market.

Nope, just different devices. Especially with no-name devices, they often wont get many of the apps, as they cant run them.
