Help Market Can't Find Apps After Official 2.3 Update

I'm sure you clever bunch can tell me what to do.

After updating to the official HTC 2.3 Gingerbread and using MyBackUp Pro to back everything up, the phone works perfectly, it's faster, uses much less battery and seems to connect to WiFi and 3G quicker, data transfer seems a tad faster also but that might be psychlogical...

Most of my Apps have gone to the SD card with Apps2SD and I've a nice chunk of memory left free.

AppBrain has found all my apps but the official market finds barely any and those which AppBrain wants to update, currently Gmail, YouTube and Maps when an attempt is made to update them a message appears saying they can't be found.

Is there a way for force the official market to search the phone and find the 'missing' apps ?

go into settings > applications > manage applications > find the market app then click clear data.
then go into the market again and that should force it to recognise all your apps again.
