Help market doesn't download sometimes?

[reisb]

Shows red arrow downloading notification then just disappears.

If you goto download, the app is there, but just shows "free". I then need to click install and it does the same thing.

First thought it was when battery was low, but I power off and back on, install, and it works fine.

Nobody else having this problem?

I just went to install and app again and it starts and then stops. Power off, Power on, battery bar went to yellow, install, and it downloads.

I don't get it.

Is it battery low? why would it work after power off/on if so?
