Help Market is acting funny, or is it boost network?

My phones market has either displayed:

Connection failed [retry]
Could not connect

Ive also gotten something about invalid market on some of the stuff...
And by problem with boost.
I am supppsed to pay the 29th
This month I payed the 28th
But they charged me the 30th


I keep recieving check your internet connection now..
Phones rooted.
Stock rom.

The short answer is no, no problems. But...

I do get this occasionally now because I am using Juice Defender Ultimate in Extreme Mode.

Sometimes it is a little sluggish in enabling 3g and background sync. Both off which Market requires.

I added the 3g toggle to the power widgets bar in CM7 in case I lose patience.

if I disable JDU, this problem goes away.

I think Boost or the Market was messed up today. I got the same errors in the Market earlier. The problem is fixed now.

Everything is back to normal again.
Full bars and internet doesn't fail to load so far.
