Market is not working

I can't download/install any apps that I have purchased but do not have on my phone. I click on the install tab and I just get the "Loading..." page and nothing else. I can download any free app from the market but my purchased apps are not loading. I tried several purchased app's on my list.

I also deleted market update and was able to load a couple of my paid apps but once the new market loaded it would not let me load them. Any idea's?

I'm not sure, but I'm just gonna offer this fix. Try rebooting the phone. Sorry I can't help more.

Did you install any ROM's/root it?

I rebooted and I do not have any ROM's installed. I was again able to uninstall market update and was able to load a few more paid apps. Over the last couple of days when I click on the market I get the "accept" tab. I click accept and then "My Apps" but all it shows is youtube installed and maps not installed. I can delete the market cache and then it shows most of my installed apps but wont let me download any paid. I don't want to have to factory reset my phone (don't know if that would even help).

edit: I turned wifi off and I was able to download paid apps over 3g. Wifi is working fine. I can download free apps over wifi but not previously paid apps.
