Root Market issues...

Ok, so I know that this HAS to have been answered a millionn times over, but I have been searching for a couple hours now and haven't been able to find anything. After flashing with CM6, I noticed that all of my apps are not listed under "downloads" in the market. I really need them all there so I can easily check for updates. Anyone know how to fix this?

The only ones missing are protected apps, right? I've seen that in some FAQs, you should get the answer pretty easy by searching here or xda.

I'd help if I knew the answer...I really would. It's a known issue, that's all I know.
